Bessie J. Maola

Bessie J. Maola, 93, of Ambridge, passed away peacefully on May 25, 2025. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 62 years, Edwin J. “Weno” Maola.

She is survived by her devoted daughter, Victoria (Drew) Tusick, and her cherished grandson, Drew E. Tusick, who held a special place in her heart.

Bessie enjoyed a long and fulfilling career with US Airways, retiring after 33 years of dedicated service. A passionate and accomplished world traveler, she shared her love of adventure by taking her family along on many memorable journeys.

In accordance with her wishes, services and burial were held privately. Arrangements were entrusted to Alvarez-Hahn Funeral Services and Cremation, LLC.
