Cynthia L. Narkevich-Rotolo

Cindy Rotolo, loving sister, aunt, niece, cousin, and friend passed into the arms of our Lord Jesus Christ on Monday May 29, 2023 at PAM Health Specialty Hospital in Oakdale. Born in Pittsburgh PA on May 8, 1957 she was the daughter of the late William and Josephine Narkevich. 

 A 1975 graduate of Ambridge Area Highschool and Pittsburgh Beauty Academy, Cindy was employed for a short time at Richard Cardone Salon. She was a member er of Good Samaritan Parish now Saint Luke the Evangelist Church. Cindy thoroughly enjoyed her K-9 companions and, while her vision allowed, doing crafts and working in her garden. She also enjoyed her great friend, Marci, reading to her and Debbie and David reading her the scriptures from the daily mass. She will be greatly missed by those who loved her.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Josephine and Walter Piatek, and her cousins, Joey, Laurie, and Robin, as well as her good friend, Mar Denbow.  She is survived by her loving sister and brother-in law Deborah and David Knight, her sister and brother-in-law, Judy and Tom Dawson, her loving nephew, Brian Ilcyn, her nephews, Zachary and Ben Dawson, and loving niece, Jessica Dawson, her faithful aunt, Jennie Janicki, her niece, Christiane Rotolo-Paul, her sister-in-law and friend, Sherri Rotolo, her devoted friend, Marci Henzi, and her loving cousins, Colleen Nardelli, Gary Gross, Cheryl Raven, and Andrew Gross, as well as several other cousins, and her dear friends Becky Obligar and Betsy Ranick, as well as her former husband, Doug Rotolo.   Friends will be received on Thursday, June 1, 2023, from 5 PM to 7 PM in the Alvarez-Hahn Funeral Services and Cremation LLC, 547 8th Street, Ambridge, 724-266-2549. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM,  Friday June 2, 2023, at Saint Luke the Evangelist Parish, 725 Glenwood Avenue, Ambridge. Burial will follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Hopewell. 

Cindy’s family extends their gratitude for the kind and compassionate care given to her at PAM Health Specialty Hospital and the ICU unit at Heritage Valley Sewickley.
