Ambridge - 64, passed away on June 17, 2021, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born on April 25, 1957 in Sewickley. After graduating from Moon High, Daryl lived a fulfilled life of travel and laughter with love of family and friends.
Daryl is survived by her brothers, John, and Tim, and sister, Lindy; her nieces, Lauren, and Morgan, and nephew, Casey, her dearest friends, Jennifer, and Kim, and her beloved dog, Trouper, and many extended family and friends. Those who have already gone were her parents, John K. McCoy Sr., and June R. McKenzie; her sisters, Bonnie, Erin, and Laurie, the love of her life, Eddie, and, her dogs Wolf, and Rocky. Family and friends will be received Wednesday June 30, from 5-8 pm, in the Kasper-Chapel of Alvarez-Hahn Funeral Services and Cremations, LLC, 547 8th St., Ambridge, 724-266-2549. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers Daryl would want you to hug your dog a lot and plant a tree or wildflowers.
