John Mauldin

 Baden - 84, passed away on December 18, 2021. He was the son of the late John H and Naomi Mauldin. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Mauldin. John is survived by the mother of his children, Mardee Mauldin, a daughter, Cynthia "Cyndee" (Mark) Cox, a son, Eddie "Buster" (Nancy) Mauldin, as well as his grandchildren, Eddie Milligan, Meghann (Matt) Tope, Paige Mauldin, and Brooke Mauldin and great granddaughters Addison and Brynnlee Tope and his sisters, Connie Cordell and Kaye Dickerson and several nieces and nephews. John was the co-owner of Superior Drywall and a prominent businessman in Beaver, Butler, and Allegheny counties for over 50 years. He loved his work, which was also his hobby; and he felt that one of his purposes in life was to help the less fortunate. Friends will be received on Wednesday, December 22, 2021, from 4-8 pm in The Kasper Chapel of Alvarez-Hahn Funeral Services and Cremation, LLC, 547 8th Street, Ambridge, 724-266-2549. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held in Iva, South Carolina. The family requests memorial contributions to be a random act of kindness.
