Lester W. Dixon

Lester W. Dixon, 76, of Baden passed away on January 15, 2024. He was the son of the late Maurice and Marybell Dixon. In addition to his parent’s, he was preceded in death by his wife, Beverly Dixon, siblings, Garent Mazur, Donald Dixon, Jimmy Dixon, and Jerry Dixon.

He is survived by his sons, Thomas Dixon, Richard (Christy) Dixon, a brother, Moe Dixon Jr., grandchildren, Cody, Dallas, Ashley, and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Lester serviced his country in the United States Army, and was a proud veteran. He worked and retired from the United States Postal Service. Lester was an avid outdoorsman who loved to fish and hunt.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 21, 2024, from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM in the Alvarez-Hahn Funeral Services and Cremation, LLC, 547 8th Street, Ambridge, 724-266-2549. A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 22, 2024, at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Sylvania Hills Memorial Park.
