Louise Mildred (Stange) Hendrickson passed away on Monday September 18, 2023. She was born in Rochester to the late Clair W. and Mildred A. (Dunlap) Stange. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Norman Paul Hendrickson, her infant son, Howard, and a brother, Edward C. Stange Louise is survived by her son, Russell and daughter in law, Angie, Economy Boro, daughter Nancy, Pittsburgh, sister Evelyn (Charles) Richards of Economy, sisters in law, Mary Hendrickson, Sylvia Hendrickson, Donna Padezanin, many nephews, nieces and cousins. Her various work experiences started at Isaly’s as a clerk while still in high school. Following graduation, Louise was a teller at Freedom National Bank, and then she worked as an administrative assistant for SKF, Merck, and US Army 99th Reserve Unit as well as various other corporations. Louise’s favorite pastimes were reading, playing bingo, bowling and counted cross stitch. Friends will be received on Sunday, September 24, 2023, from 1 pm to 4pm, in the Alvarez-Hahn Funeral Services and Cremation, LLC., 547 8th Street, Ambridge, 724-266-2549. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home at 11am on Monday, September 25, 2023. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery, New Sewickley Twp.
