Norman Hendrickson Obituary

Norman Paul Hendrickson was born at home on March 9, 1934 in Economy Twp. to the late David E. Sr. and Mary (Wassum) Hendrickson. He was preceded in death by his infant son, Howard, brothers, Raymond, David, Donald, Harold, Blaine, sister, Velma Foley, and twin sister, Norma Lewarchik. He is survived by his wife Louise Mildred (Stange) Hendrickson, who he married on October 8, 1960, son, Russell and daughter in law Angie Hendrickson, Economy, and daughter, Nancy Hendrickson, Pittsburgh, sister, Donna Padezanin, sisters-in-law, Mary and Sylvia Hendrickson, and Evelyn Richards, brother-in-law, Charles Richards, numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins. Norman was employed for 33 years by AK Steel, Ambridge Works, and in the produce department of Shop n Save for five years and Giant Eagle for twelve years. He was a member of the Portersville Steam Association. His favorite past time was riding around on his antique John Deere tractor. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 20, 2022, from 3 pm until time of funeral service at 7 pm in the Alvarez-Hahn Funeral Services and Cremation, LLC, 547 8th Street, Ambridge, 724-266-2549. Burial will be private. Memorial contributions can be made in Normans name to a charity of your choice.
