Raymond Smith

Raymond L. Smith, 60, of Baden, passed away on April 10, 2026. He was the beloved son of the late Gloria and William “Smitty” Smith Sr.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife, Sheila Smith, and his brother, William E. Smith Jr.

He is survived by his children, Kaylee Smith, Zachary Smith, Chelsey Smith (fiancé William Matteson), and Courtney Smith (fiancé Nick Benton); his siblings, Francis (Kenneth) Tenney, Faith Smith, and Michael Smith; as well as many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

Raymond proudly served his country in the United States Navy and later built a career as a skilled welder. He enjoyed hiking, listening to country western music, and caring for his five beloved cats. Above all, he cherished his family.
