Ambridge - 87, Born in New Brighton she was the daughter of the late William and Antoinette (Locarino) Leo. Rita was an active member of Good Samaritan Catholic Church and the Christian Mothers. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Stanley Krol, sister-in-laws and brother-in-law, Fred Thull, Jim and Dorothy Iorio, William Leo Jr., Eleanor Leo, Andrew and Ann Krol, Bill and Irene Krol, Tony Krol, Steve and Loretta Krol, Ruth Ann Levato. Surviving are her children, Rhonda (Ed) Rowan, Joe (Stacey) Krol, Jeff (Sue) Krol, John (Cary) Krol, grandchildren, Selena (Brett) Mazine, Sarah (Joe) DiCicco, Stephanie (Chris) Bologna, Cydney Krol, Elias "EJ" Krol, Riley Krol, Veonica Krol, Mathew Krol, Zachary Krol, Madelyne Krol, Savannah Krol, great grandchildren, Lena DiCicco, Ava DiCicco, Aaliyah Mazine, Liliana Mazine, and one on the way in November, sister, Helen Thull, brother, Albert Leo, sister-in-law, Sue Leo, brother-in-law, Don Levato, and many loving nieces and nephews. Her passion in life was spending time with her family and cooking for them. Friends will be received on Monday, September 6, 2021, from 4 PM to 8 PM, in the Kasper Chapel of Alvarez-Hahn Funeral Services and Cremation, LLC, 547 8th Street, Ambridge PA, 15003, 724-266-2549, a mass of Christian will be held on Tuesday at 10 AM at Good Sarmatian Catholic Church, Ambridge. Interment will follow at Good Samaritan Cemetery, Fair Oaks. The family requests all memorial contributions be made to Good Samaritan Catholic Church or to the National Shrine of Saint Jude.
